  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team at info@cameravemo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns made without an RMA number may not be processed.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned Product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including gift cards, downloadable software, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
